I’ve always loved numbers. Growing up in school, math was my favorite subject because there was always a way to check your answer. Accounting felt the same way.

The foundation is simple: Assets = Liabilities + Owner’s Equity.

Numbers tell a story, and when you understand them, they provide clarity, confidence, and help you create a path forward.

My passion for numbers led me down the CPA path and into a career in accounting and operations. After passing the CPA exam, I made the decision to obtain an MBA, in lieu of pursuing a CPA license. For over a decade, I led accounting and financial teams for a large insurance company and gained extensive experience managing financial processes and helping leaders make informed decisions.

Over time, my career evolved beyond traditional accounting and into operations leadership. I led multiple departments through large-scale transformation initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and improving the customer experience to drive organizational transformation. One thing remained very clear: successful transformation begins with understanding the numbers — and it requires the support of your people to make it happen. So, one year after taking over a team that was ready for change, I showed up on Halloween dressed as “Numbers Girl” to make a point — numbers aren’t something to fear; they’re the key to making better decisions and creating positive changes.

Today, I use my skills to help business owners gain control of their finances. I empower them with information to make confident decisions that lead to strong results and sustainable growth. While I still believe in the power of numbers, I’ve learned that the most important things in life aren’t measured on a spreadsheet. Real balance is about making room for what matters most in your life. And success isn’t just about growing a business; it’s about building a life that has room for what matters most. My purpose is to help business owners reclaim their time, reduce their stress, and build a business that supports the life you want to live—rather than living simply to work in your business.
